Our very first guest on “Career Talk” was Asia Ambler from Cornell Cooperative Extension. Asia is the WorkForce Educator for a program called: Career Bound, that is for 18-24 year olds that need assistance with developing and building their career.

Asia talked about how she got into workforce training and education and gave us what she thinks are the 3 most important keys to building a successful career.

Asia said that from her experience the 3 most important career moves are:

* Keep an open mind
* Develop a support network that can help you succeed
